Sunset Walk
I’ve been experimenting in Photoshop lately, and these photos are the ones I’m willing to share…so far! These are from a walk around Wascana Park in early October where the reward at the end of the walk was a beautiful sky at sunset.

Moon shots from my balcony
I wish I could say that these are recent shots because then it would mean it was actually warm enough to hang out on my balcony! These are from last May when I set up my tripod and spent about an hour watching the sun go down, revealing a crescent moon. I’ve said it before,…

a walk around Wascana Lake
For a flat prairie city, plunked in the middle of nowhere, Regina is actually a very pretty city. When I moved here many years ago I certainly didn’t think it was, and didn’t plan to stay very long, but this is my home now. Wascana Park is one of my favourite places in Regina. I…

Maui in the evening
“I went to Maui to stay a week and remained five. I never spent so pleasant a month before, or bade any place goodbye so regretfully. I have not once thought of business, or care or human toil or trouble or sorrow or weariness, and the memory of it will remain with me always.” ― Mark…
