I was going through my photo library and realized 2011 was a good travel year – Maui in March, Tofino, BC in June, and camping at Emma Lake, SK in August.  It’s not likely that sequence will be repeated this year, but I would love to go back to Tofino and Ocean Village Resort at some point.  It’s not one of the expensive, fancy resorts in the area, but it’s comfy, cozy, has some character and it’s right on Mackenzie Beach.
