I love watching the phases of the moon and I think it’s so awesome that I’m able to get so close with my new camera (Nikon p510)  Earlier in the week, I was able to get some good shots of the moon from my balcony at about 11:30.  I’m off today so I stayed up later to try to get a shot last night (I could’ve easily went down to the street and around the corner to get a picture earlier, but what fun would that be!).  Anyway, at about 12:30 I still didn’t have a clear view so I leaned precariously over the railing and snapped a few pictures.  While I was out there I thought I might as well trying taking some pictures of my flowers, so here are a few from that experiment.
