As a pilot project, goats were brought into Wascana Centre to deal with the overgrowth of vegetation in the park. What a great idea! Today was an opportunity to check out the goats and see what the project is all about. The farmer who owns the goats said the goats are raised for the meat. Because of a rising immigrant population in Saskatchewan who want goat meat for their holiday meals, raising goats is becoming more profitable.
Anyway, these are a couple pics with my iPhone. I took more with my Nikon, but I don’t have my computer with me at the moment to upload them.
