I also just finished doing a case study in my Career Transition Consulting class about coaching a newly college graduated, shy, introverted young woman to find her dream job. She was very nervous about fitting in at work. Once I set up my coaching practice, quiet leadership and helping introverts thrive in the workplace will be part of my offerings. When my website is up, I’ll also share articles and tips. So, for all my fellow introverted souls out there, how do you fit in at work? What would you like your more extroverted co-workers to know about you? What would you like your boss to know about you?
